How long do SnugMate's take to arrive?
Photo editing, printing, stuffing, sewing and dispatch takes around 3 to 4 business days. We also have a rush production service which decreases production time to 1 business day. Delivery takes around 2-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. Express Post delivery takes 1-5 business days depending on your location. Best to ask Australia Post to shipping times from Melbourne to your location.
Can I see my SnugMate before it's printed?
If you would like to see a digital proof, please email us to let us know. However we want to make sure that our SnugMate’s are printed within our time frames and viewing the proof will delay the production time.
